Position Summary:
We are in search of a proactive Technical Project Manager who can seamlessly integrate business strategy with technology execution. This role involves comprehensive ownership of end-to-end process flows, effective gathering of technical requirements, and the strategic alignment of projects with our organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will be adept with various tools and systems, translating intricate technical details into impactful business results, and leading cross-functional teams through complex agile project lifecycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Steer projects from inception to deployment, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Assess and monitor the ROI of projects, providing insights and warnings related to decisions that may affect the overall deliverable value.
- Analyze and optimize comprehensive business and technical process flows, identifying areas for enhancement.
- Create detailed project plans that encompass dependencies across IT, Operations, Member Experience, and Product divisions.
- Make astute and effective decisions to facilitate project advancement amidst multiple options.
- Collaborate with business analysts, engineers, and architects to gather and convert technical requirements into actionable tasks.
- Ensure that system integrations are meticulously designed, documented, and tested.
- Manage UAT planning and execution, ensuring test scenarios reflect real-world conditions.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and executive stakeholders, simplifying complex information for non-technical audiences.
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; recommend strategies for mitigation.
- Align project deliverables with broader business strategies, customer experience goals, and compliance requirements.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog management, and reporting using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Asana.
- Champion best practices in Agile/Scrum, while allowing for project-specific flexibility.
- Maintain clear and consistent documentation of technical workflows and decisions.
