Key Responsibilities:
Talent Attraction:
- Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract and retain high-caliber candidates.
- Foster and maintain relationships with both active and passive candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
Talent Sourcing:
- Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, career fairs, and networking events, to identify potential candidates.
- Review resumes and conduct insightful interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Manage the complete talent acquisition process, including assisting with job offers and guiding salary and benefits negotiations for mutually advantageous agreements.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to enhance talent acquisition methodologies and practices.
Market Research:
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Advocate for the integration of state-of-the-art recruitment technology and enhance our social media presence to attract premier talent.
