Employment Status: Part-time, Hourly, Non-exempt
Nature of Position: Temporary
Compensation: $23.46 per hour

Role Overview:
Under the guidance of the School Director, the Substitute Teacher is responsible for delivering effective lessons, maintaining classroom management, and fostering an engaging learning environment. This role includes preparing lesson plans, assigning homework, grading tests, and documenting student progress while utilizing a project-based curriculum that captivates students.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop dynamic lesson plans with engaging, hands-on projects.
● Facilitate active learning experiences through well-planned instructional activities.
