Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, with a proven ability to generate leads and contribute to revenue growth. Familiarity with the UAE market, with a solid understanding of its commercial landscape and project environment. Experience in real estate, construction, and project management consulting is a significant advantage. Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential; Arabic proficiency is a plus. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills complemented by a proactive working style. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and confident in initiating client relationships and generating leads.

  • Develop qualified leads and consistently build a robust business pipeline to drive revenue growth and achieve strategic goals.
  • Assist senior management during client meetings, negotiations, and closing processes.
  • Act as the company’s representative throughout the UAE market, discovering new connections and business opportunities via industry events, exhibitions, and networking platforms.
  • Support the complete business development lifecycle—from prospecting and prequalification to bid submissions, proposal coordination, and diligent follow-ups.
  • Keep precise and up-to-date records within the company CRM system.
  • Initiate initiatives to boost brand visibility and enhance customer engagement, including support for social media efforts.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis.
