In this role, you will drive new business growth in a vibrant and competitive sales environment. You will take charge of the entire sales cycle, from initial lead generation to closing deals. Collaborating closely with account managers and the sales team, you will foster mutually beneficial relationships with clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and qualifying potential clients through proactive outreach methods such as cold calling, emailing, and in-person visits to set up appointments.
- Managing the sales process effectively by scheduling meetings, understanding client requirements, and tailoring sales proposals to meet specific needs.
- Closing sales by establishing rapport with decision-makers, effectively communicating our unique value proposition, and addressing any objections.
- Committing to a minimum of 25 hours of prospecting weekly to ensure a robust sales pipeline.
- Utilizing our CRM system to keep meticulous records of customer interactions, including call notes, client information, and appointment details.
- Building relationships with property managers and key industry associations to expand your network and pipeline.
- Contributing to a positive work environment through effective communication and collaboration with clients, colleagues, and supervisors.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary, quarterly bonuses, and an uncapped commission structure, targeting earnings of over $120,000 for top performers.
