Your Role at Raising Cane’s:
As a Restaurant Zone Manager, you will play a pivotal role in assisting the Restaurant Leader with the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that Raising Cane’s standards and culture are upheld across your designated restaurant zone.
This role requires you to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment, involving physical activities such as walking, standing, lifting, and bending, as well as engaging with customers. You will work both indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures while handling food products, managing common allergens, and utilizing industrial equipment and commercial cleaning products, all while adhering to safety protocols that include personal protective equipment.
Your Impact and Responsibilities:
- Ensure operational excellence in your assigned restaurant zone during each shift.
- Uphold Raising Cane’s policies and standards at all times.
- Manage your zone in accordance with Raising Cane’s operational and safety guidelines.
- Utilize essential tools, forms, and logs to document shift execution and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Lead and guide crewmembers throughout your shift.
- Deliver outstanding customer service consistently.
- Facilitate the reward and recognition program for your restaurant's crewmembers.
- Authorize employee functions that require managerial approval, such as discounts and promotions.
- Maintain a clean and safe restaurant environment, ensuring all facilities are in good working condition.
- Complete various other duties as assigned.
