Join Meraki Global as a Relationship Manager, where you will be pivotal in building, managing, and enhancing relationships with clients, investors, brokers, and channel partners.
As the primary liaison between our esteemed real estate development team and our stakeholders, you will play a critical role in promoting and selling our innovative projects, backed by comprehensive product knowledge of our offerings.
You will coordinate effectively with internal departments including sales, marketing, CRM, legal, and finance to ensure seamless transaction processes, while managing the entire client engagement journey: from lead follow-ups and site visits to negotiations, bookings, and post-sales support.
Your goal will be to meet and exceed both individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
Additionally, you will maintain precise client records and reporting using CRM systems, and provide valuable market intelligence, competitor analysis, and client insights to the management team.
Compliance with RERA and UAE real estate regulations will be essential in your role.
