Your Role as a Recruiter
We are seeking a talented Recruiter to enhance our exceptional team. In this role, you will identify, engage, and secure top-tier talent while implementing best practices in recruiting to elevate our hiring standards as we grow. You will collaborate closely with the People team and hiring managers to onboard new team members across various functions. Your expertise will be vital in developing hiring strategies that are efficient, thoughtful, and human-centered.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment cycle for individual contributors and management positions across scientific, research, technical, general and administrative, and commercial teams, from sourcing candidates to closing offers.
Design and implement effective sourcing strategies utilizing modern recruiting technology, AI-driven tools, and data analytics to attract and convert elite talent.
Refine and articulate both role and company messaging; advise hiring managers on delivering compelling pitches to candidates and the market.
Act as a trusted advisor in the hiring process, assisting managers with role alignment, scorecards, interview techniques, candidate engagement, and offer strategies.
Oversee the entire interview process, ensuring an excellent candidate experience while maintaining efficiency and rigor.
