Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly with a friendly smile.

- Ensure daily operational excellence in the salon.
- Assist clients with their coats and offer refreshments and reading materials.
- Input client information into our computer systems accurately.
- Answer phone calls promptly, ideally within three rings.
- Encourage appointments for both walk-ins and phone inquiries.
- Notify stylists of client arrivals.
- Close sales in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide accurate cash handling at the end of the day.
