Role Overview
The Marketing Strategist (Marketing Advisor) joins a team dedicated to supporting Compass agents with marketing and branding projects from start to finish. This group manages projects, offers strategic guidance, and helps agents realize their marketing goals. The work involves collaborating with stakeholders to develop strategies that improve the agent experience and drive results.
This role is fully in-office in Boston, Cambridge, or Wellesley, MA.
What You Will Do
- Implement marketing strategies for a range of real estate agents to help grow their businesses and improve client satisfaction.
- Manage custom marketing requests end-to-end, including design workflows, vendor coordination, agent communications, and post-campaign reviews.
- Develop tailored marketing plans and recommendations, guiding agents on how to use their budgets for branding, print ads, digital campaigns, social media, direct mail, video, and paid media.
- Act as a subject matter expert on market performance, client needs, Compass tools, and local trends.
- Build strong relationships with agents and stakeholders through clear communication, proactive updates, and thoughtful handling of concerns.
- Maintain Compass brand standards in all marketing and design materials while integrating agent-specific branding.
- Quickly create templated creative assets such as print ads and brochures using InDesign and Compass platforms, ensuring quality and brand consistency.
- Provide outstanding customer service with helpful support, personalized recognition, and proactive marketing advice.
- Promote a positive team culture by encouraging colleagues, focusing on solutions, and supporting change when needed.
