Peak Made is seeking a Full-Time Leasing Consultant in Syracuse, New York. This position serves as the primary sales representative for a lively residential community. The Leasing Consultant works to increase occupancy, drive revenue, and create a positive experience for current and prospective residents. Success in this role requires initiative, attention to detail, and a focus on closing leases within a collaborative setting.
What You Will Do
Sales and Leasing
- Convert leads into signed leases by phone, online, and in person.
- Conduct tours that identify prospects’ needs and motivate them to lease.
- Follow up with leads to maximize conversion rates.
- Stay informed on pricing, availability, and competitor offerings.
- Work toward and exceed community leasing and occupancy targets.
- Implement tactics to increase qualified traffic and revenue.
- Respond promptly to all inquiries with a sales-focused approach.
Resident Experience
- Provide outstanding customer service that reflects Peak Made’s values.
- Build rapport and tailor the leasing experience for each prospective resident.
- Promote resident satisfaction to support renewals and referrals.
Community Operations Support
- Accurately process lease paperwork and collect deposits.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate CRM and prospect records.
- Help keep the office and model units ready for tours and visitors.
- Assist with the annual turnover process as needed.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the property and local market.
- Support market surveys and various administrative tasks.
- Assist with move-in and move-out events, including handling deposits and fees.
