Key Responsibilities:Welcome customers and accurately document their vehicle repair issues. Guide customers in understanding repair options and associated costs. Collaborate with technicians to deliver precise service resolutions. Inform customers about potential savings and warranty protections. Efficiently manage scheduling and workflow within the service center. Provide regular updates to customers on service progress and vehicle readiness. Assist customers in making informed decisions regarding repair alternatives. Maintain a clean and organized facility. Essential Qualifications:Minimum typing speed of 40+ Words Per Minute. Proven experience in a shop environment, preferably in Front Desk Sales, Advisor Sales, or Management. Eligibility to work in California. Familiarity with repair and labor resources such as AllData or Mitchell products. Understanding of B. A. R. Write it Right standards.
