Support consumers in crafting individual vocational rehabilitation plans that incorporate ongoing progress assessments and needs evaluations.5. Represent the agency at professional associations and organizations that provide job networking opportunities.6. Collaborate with Employment Consultants post-placement to bolster job retention efforts. Foster effective teamwork and contribute to the success of program and management initiatives, while working across departments to build strong working relationships.7. Assist in creating marketing materials to enhance job development, placement, and retention activities.8. Conduct all intake interviews and associated paperwork for initial assessments.9. Maintain regular contact with consumers to encourage participation and follow-through on job development initiatives.10.
