Qualifications

Engage customers through outbound prospecting and follow up on inbound qualified leads. Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, and 6Sense to research and pinpoint potential prospects within your assigned territory. Leverage provided resources to generate and conduct introductory meetings with prospects via calls, emails, social selling, and event invitations. Perform early opportunity qualification to identify decision-makers, champions, budget, business needs, and timelines. Create compelling and customized messaging to address challenges, educate prospects about Yext and our solutions, and generate interest. Effectively articulate the value of Yext’s offerings to prospects. Collaborate with a cross-functional team including Marketing Campaign Managers, Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and Client Success Managers. Maintain detailed notes and engagement tracking using Salesforce and Outreach.io. Deliver qualified opportunities to the account team for further qualification and follow-up. Consistently meet assigned Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for lead acceptance and follow-up. Achieve assigned targets for opportunity creation and pipeline development.
