Maintain detailed notes and engagement tracking using Salesforce and Outreach.io. Deliver qualified opportunities to the account team for further qualification and follow-up. Consistently meet assigned Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for lead acceptance and follow-up. Achieve assigned targets for opportunity creation and pipeline development.
