Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to engage decision-makers and drive sales discussions. Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) and lead management processes. Strong analytical and research skills to evaluate leads effectively. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in sales development or business development, particularly in affiliate marketing or eCommerce. Proficiency in prospecting tools such as Sales Navigator and Smart Lead is highly advantageous. Self-starter with a keen attention to detail and a results-focused mindset. Must reside in Mexico

We are looking for a motivated individual with a strategic mindset and excellent communication skills who can effectively engage with decision-makers to propel our sales efforts forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential leads, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative metrics to evaluate the viability of affiliate marketing opportunities.
  • Assess and qualify leads based on company size, annual revenue, industry verticals, and existing affiliate programs.
  • Engage with key decision-makers in eCommerce sectors, such as CMOs and Marketing Managers, to schedule appointments for Account Executives, thereby facilitating the sales process.
  • Utilize CRM tools (such as Zoho and Smart Lead) to ensure accurate tracking of leads, maintaining timely follow-ups and interactions.
  • Employ research platforms like Sales Navigator to effectively identify and connect with targeted prospects.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to guarantee seamless transitions from lead qualification to the sales pipeline.
  • Regularly update lead lists, ensuring they reflect the latest data and trends.
  • Create and implement outreach sequences to nurture leads and enhance engagement.
