Your ResponsibilitiesPipeline GenerationConsistently produce a high volume of qualified meetings (both discovery and joint Account Executive calls) throughout the year, with an emphasis on front-loading in the first half. Ensure a robust mix of enterprise accounts for meetings, targeting organizations with over 5,000 employees. Develop a substantial BDR-sourced pipeline tracked in HubSpot as 'BDR Sourced' opportunities. Outbound ExecutionEngage with predefined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) account lists via Amplemarket. Implement multi-touch outreach strategies across email, phone, AI voice, and LinkedIn—automated yet highly personalized. Leverage AI voice and video messaging at scale using tools such as ElevenLabs or Descript. Create personalized videos for top-tier enterprise accounts, making the prospect the hero of their own narrative. Social SellingAdopt a structured warm-up approach prior to outreach by interacting with prospects on LinkedIn through comments, reactions, and personalized connection requests. Engage in relevant discussions on LinkedIn and Reddit to enhance presence and identify qualified leads. Familiarize prospects with your name before making direct outreach attempts. Signal-Based TargetingRecognize and respond to intent signals such as new executive hires, funding rounds, technology changes, job postings, and brand engagement. Utilize an AI layer to prioritize outreach based on real-time buying signals.
