Your Role:
We are seeking a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to identify, prospect, and qualify outstanding local restaurants for the Blackbird platform. As a BDR, you will manage the top of the funnel, engaging in lead sourcing, outreach, and communication with restaurants to build essential industry relationships. Your goal will be to meet and exceed Blackbird's ambitious quarterly and yearly new restaurant acquisition targets.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a BDR or SDR position, a strong track record of exceeding sales targets, the determination to excel in a high-paced outbound environment, and a genuine desire to advance into a full-cycle Account Executive role.
