About the Role
Join our team as a Business Development Representative (BDR) where your primary focus will be to cultivate a robust sales pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting and proactive inbound follow-ups. As one of the earliest hires outside of engineering, you will be instrumental in defining our go-to-market strategy and messaging, playing a pivotal role in onboarding prospective clients.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect & Outreach: Identify and engage target accounts through various channels including email, LinkedIn, cold calling, event organization, and conference attendance.
- Qualify & Coordinate: Conduct initial discovery calls, pinpoint decision-makers, schedule meetings for Account Executives, and discern potential applications for prospects.
- Build Relationships: Foster connections with champions and key decision-makers to nurture long-term business relationships.
About You
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a BDR/SDR or sales role, preferably within B2B SaaS; experience in AI/GenAI is advantageous.
- Technical Acumen: Comfortable learning and communicating technical concepts, translating GenAI capabilities into clear business benefits.
- Personal Attributes: A proactive, organized, and creative individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and continuously seeks to optimize messaging and processes.
- Network: Existing connections within Fortune 500 companies are a plus but not a prerequisite.
