We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager who will spearhead initiatives to identify and secure new business opportunities, ultimately driving revenue growth and enhancing profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Discover new clients through strategic networking, monitoring competitor activities, and leveraging government registration portals.
- Engage and onboard both new and previously inactive real estate accounts to subscribe to Bayut & dubizzle property corporate accounts.
- Ensure all client advertising commitments to Bayut & dubizzle and competitors are meticulously documented upon contract signing.
- Collaborate with the Sales Support team to facilitate seamless client onboarding processes, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared in advance.
- Provide thorough training to new clients on maximizing the tools they have subscribed to, ensuring their participation in the Bayut & dubizzle onboarding program for optimal service utilization.
- Continuously assess client health and quality metrics, ensuring alignment with management’s expectations and effective service use.
- Communicate effectively to manage client expectations, delivering exceptional service experiences.
- Achieve or exceed performance targets set by your line manager.
- Stay informed about local property laws and real estate development trends.
- Regularly update the reporting dashboard to monitor all sales activities.
