As a Digital Business Analyst, you will work closely with the Chief Information Officer and various teams to develop user-focused solutions that align with our business goals. You will be an essential part of our team, utilizing your technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills to drive product initiatives and engage stakeholders effectively. Your enthusiasm for harnessing digital technologies and AI to meet organizational and community needs will be key to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze citizen and business needs through service journeys to craft business cases with rapid prototyping.
- Create user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria while developing prototypes to validate requirements and assess value.
- Explore and recommend technologies, including AI tools, that align with GovTech's technology directions through hands-on experimentation.
- Select and implement suitable development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) for diverse project environments.
- Ensure systems are prepared for deployment and assess the impact of changes.
- Support the CIO in identifying digital transformation opportunities.
- Define product vision, roadmap, and objectives that are in line with the overall business strategy.
- Articulate product strategies and leverage data to guide decision-making.
