As an Area Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and motivating our store leaders and their teams to execute the Dan Murphy's strategy effectively. Your leadership will be vital in fostering engagement and advocacy among team members, driving performance, and inspiring innovative improvements.

As a key player in the State leadership team, you will partner closely with the State Manager and fellow leaders to cultivate a high-performance culture focused on achieving outstanding results for both our customers and the business.

  • Actively contribute to the implementation of Dan’s strategy in collaboration with the State Leadership team, bringing the vision to life in stores.
  • Communicate effectively to align the team with business strategies, providing clear direction and clarity of roles to meet strategic goals for the Area.
  • Inspire and lead your team while nurturing a positive culture.
  • Drive key projects that enhance performance across the State.
  • Evaluate key performance metrics, including customer and team feedback, and coach each store to achieve Area and State objectives.
  • Champion Dan’s transformation initiatives while maintaining a strong focus on business performance.
  • Develop future leaders by providing constructive feedback, creating meaningful development plans, and ensuring that team capabilities are continuously enhanced.
