The Role You’ll Play
As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building strong relationships with our valued clients. Your goal will be to deeply understand their unique needs and become their steadfast guide to success through our exceptional products and services.
Your Impact
Manage a portfolio of 175-200 small business clients, serving as their main point of contact and trusted advisor.
Deliver outstanding customer service primarily through phone communication, making up to 30 outbound calls each day, which is our clients' preferred communication method.
Utilize your understanding of client business objectives to effectively convey the value and advantages of our products while devising customized strategies that lead to their success.
Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that meet clients' evolving needs.
Conduct monthly check-ins to solicit feedback and ensure client satisfaction, addressing any concerns promptly.
