We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven Account Executive who possesses robust professional networks and thought leadership capabilities to engage with Mid-Market and Enterprise clients across EMEA.

Role Overview

As an Account Executive at Orgvue, you will have the autonomy to manage a designated territory, crucially contributing to the development of intentional enterprises. Your role will involve close collaboration with potential customers, engaging with senior stakeholders including CHROs, CFOs, COOs, and transformation leaders on intricate initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.

You will enjoy significant independence, backed by comprehensive support throughout the sales process—from outreach and discovery to business case formulation, value engineering, and negotiation.

Collaboration with internal teams and leading consultancy partners will be key, ensuring our clients achieve impactful and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Performance & Revenue Accountability
Achieve and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual targets related to pipeline generation and revenue quota, ensuring precise forecast accuracy.

Pipeline Management & Forecasting
Maintain a robust and well-qualified sales pipeline alongside accurate short- and long-term forecasts within our CRM, promoting transparency and proactive risk management.

Strategic Account Research & Planning
Conduct proactive research and prioritize target accounts to uncover opportunities driven by organizational, workforce, and transformation needs, formulating clear account plans aligned with business outcomes.

Multi-Channel Prospecting & Pipeline Development
Design, implement, and optimize integrated prospecting campaigns across various platforms and partner channels to generate high-quality business opportunities.

Thought Leadership & Advisory Engagement
Utilize insights into disruptive workforce trends to guide clients in making informed decisions that foster organizational success.
