General Summary:

The Account Executive is a pivotal role responsible for acquiring new partners, expanding our partner network, and driving the sale of innovative software solutions. Collaborating with the broader Sales team, you will manage the sales process from initiation to completion, effectively attracting new business opportunities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support cross-functional teams with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Conduct thorough research, analysis, and documentation of findings.
  • Coach, review, and delegate tasks within team members as needed.
  • Achieve personal annual sales growth based on total contract value opportunities.
  • Drive sales growth through both existing customer engagement and new acquisitions within your designated territory.
  • Adhere to the ConnectWise value/solution-based sales process.
  • Prospect new accounts through cold calling and email communication or conduct business reviews with current accounts.
  • Close sales that align with ConnectWise standards for pricing, margins, terms, and conditions.
