Duty Manager – Luxury 5* Boutique Hotel

As a Duty Manager, you will be an integral part of our Front of House team, ensuring that both our guests and team members have memorable experiences during their stay at The LaLiT London.
Your New Role
In this pivotal role, your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining a strong presence in the hotel to assist guests and address all inquiries.
- Ensuring that VIP guests and special occasion bookings receive exceptional care and follow-up.
- Communicating guest feedback and addressing any areas of concern effectively.
- Taking ownership of resolving issues that arise within the hotel environment.
- Leading the reception team by providing training, motivation, and clear communication.
- Staying informed about room availability and special events to keep the team informed.
What You Will Need to Succeed
- Demonstrated experience in a Front Office role at a luxury 4 or 5-star hotel.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Collaborative team player.
- Ability to thrive under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with pride in your work.
- Adaptable and flexible in approach.
