Key Responsibilities
- Support and develop a diverse team, from recruitment to onboarding and beyond.
- Ensure all staff are cross-trained to perform various duties and possess a comprehensive knowledge of the products and services offered in-store.
- Conduct annual performance and progression reviews for staff within the designated timelines.
- Maintain a business renowned for excellence, maximizing sales opportunities while upholding high standards.
- Understand customer needs, anticipate their requirements, and set exceptional service standards.
- Ensure sufficient staffing levels to meet customer expectations throughout the store.
- Identify business opportunities and assist the Area Manager in monitoring the competition to adapt effectively.
- Manage stock availability and minimize waste while mentoring team members to achieve excellence.
- Drive customer service standards to reach sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Recognize staff potential and foster their development to support them in reaching their goals.
