Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the security systems or telecommunications sector. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong troubleshooting skills and keen attention to detail. Proactive attitude towards ensuring customer satisfaction. Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with customer support tools and technologies is an advantage.
