- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring adherence to Dunkin' quality standards.
2. Food and Beverage Preparation:
- Skillfully prepare a variety of food items and beverages following Dunkin's recipes and quality guidelines.
- Safely operate kitchen equipment including fryers and coffee machines.
- Present food and drinks attractively, ensuring they are served at the right temperature.
3. Cleanliness and Hygiene:
- Maintain clean and sanitized workstations and dining areas.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all areas of the restaurant.
- Regularly restock supplies and keep the restaurant tidy.
4. Cash Handling and Register Operations:
- Accurately manage cash register operations, handling payments and providing change.
- Process transactions swiftly and securely, ensuring register accuracy.
5. Team Collaboration:
- Work cohesively with team members to facilitate smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in onboarding new team members, sharing best practices in service and safety.
6. Health and Safety Compliance:
- Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure safe food handling.
- Maintain personal hygiene and adhere to company uniform standards.
- Promptly report any safety concerns or maintenance needs to management.
7. Additional Responsibilities:
- Support opening and closing activities to ensure the store is ready for operation.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
