Due Diligence Project Manager

Join LaBella Associates as an Environmental Remediation Supervisor in our Environmental Construction Department located in Patchogue, NY. We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our field teams in executing crucial environmental clean-up projects. These activities will encompass contaminated soil excavations, installation of remediation systems, site restoration, underground storage tank removals, and small demolitions.Key Responsibilities:• Oversee daily operations on remediation projects at the site• Guarantee compliance with project scope and timelines• Organize equipment and material mobilization and delivery• Generate daily reports documenting field activities• Conduct daily safety briefings and enforce adherence to company health, safety policies, and OSHA regulations• Collaborate with Project Managers on scope development, cost estimating, and workflow planning• Mentor and train junior staff members

LaBella Associates is actively searching for a seasoned Senior Driller to enhance our environmental and geotechnical drilling initiatives across Long Island and Eastern New York. This full-time opportunity is ideal for professionals adept in soil sampling, groundwater monitoring well installation, rock coring, and both air and mud rotary drilling techniques.Key Responsibilities:• Operate truck or track-mounted drilling rigs or Geoprobe units• Conduct routine maintenance and perform minor mechanical repairs on tools and equipment• Engage in various non-drilling technical tasks, including treatment system installations, maintenance activities, and groundwater samplingQualifications:• A minimum of 15 years of experience as a lead driller utilizing truck or track-mounted rotary drill rigs• Possession of a valid Commercial Driver License (CDL) with a clean driving history and capability to pass a drug screening• Completion of 40-hour HAZWOPER training is required• Willingness to travel as required• OSHA 10-hour or 30-hour construction safety training is preferred but not mandatory• Welding skills are an advantage• Previous experience operating heavy equipment (e.g., excavator, bulldozer) is a plusCompensation: The hourly wage ranges from $30 to $40, commensurate with experience and qualifications.Benefits: At LaBella, we prioritize the well-being of our employees through a holistic benefits package that encompasses health, wellness, and financial security.
