What You'll Drive
Tender & Project Drawing Preparation
- Create detailed drawings and mark-ups in accordance with tender documents, specifications, and design directives.
- Generate quantity take-off drawings to assist the Quantity Surveyor and Estimator.
- Help in developing visual aids, diagrams, and layout plans for tender submissions.
- Modify drawings based on feedback from Estimators, Engineers, or Project Managers.
Coordination & Communication
- Collaborate with Quantity Surveyors, Engineers, and MEP teams to ensure drawings include accurate and comprehensive information.
- Address queries related to unclear or missing details in tender or design documents.
- Assist the tender team with clarifications and follow-ups with clients or consultants as necessary.
Documentation & Version Control
- Maintain systematic records of drawings, revisions, and marked-up plans within the company network or document control system.
- Ensure compliance of all drawings with company standards and project specifications.
- Assist in archiving finalized tender or project drawings for handover.
Technical Support
- Provide support to site teams or project engineers with drawings during clarifications or project execution.
- Help produce drawings for material schedules, layouts, or construction details as required.
- Ensure all drawings are accurate and aligned with project specifications and contractual requirements.
