Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:A bachelor's degree along with 4+ years of relevant experience, or a demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. A Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check is required. Preferred Qualifications:Six years of experience in construction, with a minimum of three years as an Office Engineer. IDOT Documentation Certification for Contract Quantities. Strong writing and communication skills are essential. A BS degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline, or a demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

This role entails the meticulous management of company-wide and project-specific documents, which covers electronic records management, distribution, classification, and retention. The Project Information Management team employs various tools and systems to efficiently and proactively oversee, control, and report all project and company information across the organization.
- Under general supervision, applies advanced skills relevant to the position.
- Utilizes advanced techniques and procedures to resolve complex problems.
- Demonstrates the capability to plan, organize, and effectively complete assigned tasks.
- Maintains and organizes engineering documentation within an enterprise content management system, which includes the identification and generation of reports.
- May lead departmental processes as assigned by management.
- May provide orientation, training, and oversight for lower-level employees' work.
