Qualifications
Responsibilities:Develop, implement, train, and audit all controlled documentation, including drawings, procedures, reports, and any other documents under revision control. Process, distribute, and maintain controlled documentation using the owner’s document control system. Manage document revisions and approvals. Monitor the distribution and reconciliation of process or reference documents. Oversee the overall document control and flow of engineering design submissions and review processes. Implement master tracking for all packages and deliverables, providing data for management reporting. Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing document processes and procedures. Thorough understanding of design and drafting standards for the review and release of engineering drawings. Proficient in Project Wise and SharePoint. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field or a combination of 2-3 years of relevant experience and training. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary Range: $40,000 - $74,000, with specific compensation influenced by factors such as relevant experience, educational background, and work location.
