Key Responsibilities:Demonstrate a robust understanding of document control processes and lifecycle management. Accurately create, review, revise, and archive documents. Ensure version control is maintained, facilitating teams to work from the most current documentation. Identify and address gaps in documentation workflows, proposing enhancements. Effectively manage multiple document requests, approvals, and deadlines. Maintain a high level of precision in data entry, formatting, and document tracking. Role Specifications:Minimum of 2 years of experience in document control administration. High School diploma or equivalent. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, Word, PowerPoint (familiarity with SharePoint, Bluebeam, or other client systems is advantageous). Skills:Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Meticulous attention to detail in data entry, formatting, and document management. Outstanding customer service skills with strong interpersonal communication. Quick to learn new computer applications. Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
