Requirements:A minimum of 6 months of prior paralegal experience in a civil litigation department, handling both litigated and non-litigated files, along with a sound understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR). In-depth knowledge of legal procedures and terminology pertinent to dispute resolution. Exceptional communication and organizational skills. A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Strong research and analytical skills. A commitment to delivering high-quality client service and embodying the firm’s values.
