Join Our Team:
Torc Robotics is seeking a dynamic Director of Technical Program Management to lead and expand our TPM organization while we enhance our autonomous driving platform. This pivotal role bridges product and engineering, ensuring clarity in backlogs, roadmaps, and execution across our intricate hardware and software systems and aligning teams for optimal performance.
Your Responsibilities:
- Refine program management and engineering processes to deliver an industry-leading autonomous commercial vehicle product.
- Drive the TPM team’s progress in achieving milestones, maintaining open communication across all organizational levels.
- Foster collaboration and partnerships across departments, breaking down silos to create a unified approach.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the technical domains relevant to your team and stakeholders.
- Implement engineering and program management best practices to enhance quality, efficiency, and precision in team outputs.
- Work collaboratively with other leaders and teams to meet program objectives and support high-performance standards.
- Assist TPM management with budget maintenance, initiatives, and procedural reporting.
- Engage actively in team, department, and company-wide events and meetings.
- Facilitate employee engagement through relationship-building and performance feedback, helping to define career aspirations and implement development plans.
