Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Sale SupportLead the complete RFP process, ensuring timely submissions and high-quality deliverables. Collaborate with HOI and DCP teams to create sales decks, proposals, and tailored client materials. Coordinate with various brand teams to produce accurate and engaging proposals. Maintain meticulous documentation and version control for all pre-sale materials. Post-Sale Account ManagementOversee the execution of sold marketing programs, aligning them with client objectives and internal deliverables. Act as the main point of coordination among internal teams to ensure smooth program operation. Manage Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for strategic accounts, focusing on performance tracking and insights. Support campaign wrap-ups and reporting, emphasizing performance metrics, learnings, and future opportunities. Proactively identify potential risks or challenges and collaborate with internal teams for efficient resolution. General ResponsibilitiesAssist with account planning and ongoing client communications as required. Uphold high standards of accuracy, organization, and presentation quality across all materials. Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and agencies to promote business growth.

The Director of Strategic Partnerships at PMC is integral to the success of the Head of Industry (HOI) and Dick Clark Productions (DCP) teams, facilitating both pre-sale and post-sale operations. This role encompasses the management of the RFP process, the creation of persuasive sales materials, and the oversight of the implementation and performance of marketing programs that have been successfully sold.
The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, exceptional project management skills, strategic insight, and innovative problem-solving abilities.
