Role Overview
The Director of Strategic Initiatives will play a key part in shaping TOCA Social’s future. Working closely with the Global President, this role drives major decisions and strategic projects. The position covers a wide range of responsibilities, from financial modeling for new venues to preparing board presentations and analyzing commercial partnerships. Expect to be involved in both high-level planning and hands-on execution across the business.
This role provides direct exposure to the football industry, access to a growing network of partners, and the satisfaction of seeing the impact of your work on the company’s trajectory.
What You Will Do
- Partner with the Global President and senior leaders on strategic planning, board materials, and investor communications. Lead financial modeling for new venues, real estate, and capital planning from start to finish.
- Perform commercial analysis and due diligence on partnerships, sponsorships, and new market opportunities.
- Translate operational and revenue data into clear, actionable insights to support timely business decisions.
- Oversee high-priority cross-functional projects, collaborating with venue operations, marketing, and commercial teams from initiation through completion.
- Support TOCA Social’s global growth by using data-driven analysis to prioritize markets and develop business cases for expansion.
