Role Overview
As the Director of Software Engineering for Compiler & Architecture, you will lead a dynamic team focused on advancing our OTPU architecture. Your role will involve collaboration across various teams to translate technical innovations into tangible performance enhancements for our customers. Key Responsibilities
Establish and communicate a clear vision for the Compiler and Architecture organization, overseeing all aspects of compiler development and performance modeling.
Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of ownership and accountability among managers and engineers.
Define and uphold standards of technical excellence, establishing architectural principles and review processes that drive quality.
Collaborate closely with hardware teams to shape ML inference strategies, making informed investment decisions on technology direction.
