Role overview

Main responsibilities
- Strategic development: Create and execute a sales strategy that aligns with company objectives.
- Team leadership: Oversee daily sales operations and guide team performance.

- Market insights: Monitor trends in system integration and keep an eye on competitors.
- CRM management: Keep client data in the CRM system accurate and current.
- Sales optimization: Review sales pipeline and conversion data to improve productivity.
- Key account engagement: Lead negotiations with major clients and stakeholders.
- Talent development: Assess team performance, organize training, and support professional growth.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed sales and performance reports for senior management.

Requirements
- Leadership experience: 3–5 years in a managerial role, ideally within system integration.
- Sales proficiency: Demonstrated success in corporate sales, particularly in Enterprise, B2B, or B2G sectors.
- Industry acumen: Strong understanding of selling IT solutions and related services.
- Team management: Experience motivating, developing, and evaluating a sales team.
