Key ResponsibilitiesLead and nurture a high-performing team of Account Executives based in Brooklyn. Drive revenue growth and customer acquisition across targeted regions and segments. Develop strategic partnerships that enhance revivn's market presence and deepen client relationships. Create and implement territory plans that align enterprise growth with pipeline development. Collaborate with Marketing, RevOps, and Product teams to optimize campaign performance and establish feedback loops. Provide accurate reporting on key metrics and forecast outcomes with clarity. Foster a performance-driven culture characterized by accountability, motivation, and continuous improvement. Act as the on-ground go-to-market operator, generating insights, refining processes, and ensuring the sales engine operates at peak performance.

This position is based on-site at our Brooklyn Navy Yard office, with Remote Wednesdays.

We are seeking a dynamic Director of Sales to spearhead and expand our sales team from our Brooklyn headquarters. This role demands a hands-on leader who excels at blending strategic vision with relationship building and tangible outcomes. You will guide a team of Account Executives, drive growth in key markets, and engage directly in closing strategic deals, forging partnerships, and representing revivn in the marketplace.
