Key Responsibilities: Revenue & Commercial Ownership: Meet and exceed annual bookings and revenue targets for FL109’s commercial offerings. Build and manage a robust pipeline from prospecting through to closure, using CRM data to ensure accurate forecasts. Hold authority over pricing and commercial terms within established parameters; manage forecasts and deal reviews with leadership. Negotiate and structure value-driven agreements that benefit both customers and FL109. Collaborate with Finance and Operations to align revenue recognition with delivery plans and margin objectives. Regularly report on pipeline health, deal progress, and revenue performance to leadership. Customer Acquisition & Partnership Development: Identify and engage new customers in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and Flagship ecosystem. Develop and maintain strategic partnerships that enhance business opportunities.

Role Overview:

As the Director of Sales, you will play a crucial role in spearheading customer acquisition, forging strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth across our VaaS, SaaS, and platform offerings. This dynamic leadership position calls for a commercially adept structural biologist or a technical sales leader who excels in both strategic planning and tactical execution. You will be accountable for achieving defined bookings targets, leading comprehensive customer engagement, and acting as the commercial "mini-CEO" for our client relationships.

Your responsibilities will also include shaping FL109’s market development strategy, identifying and nurturing prospective customers, participating in key industry events, and producing impactful content that enhances brand awareness and customer engagement.
