About the Role
As the Director of Revenue Operations, you will take the lead in shaping and advancing Procurify's revenue operations across sales, marketing, and customer success. This pivotal role is designed to enhance efficiency, predictability, and overall performance throughout the revenue lifecycle. You will leverage an established RevOps infrastructure while seamlessly integrating AI and automation technologies to streamline team operations. Collaboration with go-to-market (GTM) and executive leadership is essential as you translate our revenue strategy into effective, scalable execution. You will advocate for a forward-thinking, AI-driven operational approach that fosters sustainable growth.

Experience
Candidates should possess 5–8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or similar roles within fast-paced SaaS, Fintech, or tech sectors. Hands-on experience in scaling revenue operations in a multi-functional GTM environment is required. A demonstrated ability to utilize AI tools and modern automation platforms to enhance operational efficiency and informed decision-making is crucial.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Strategy & Planning
Work closely with executive leadership to refine and implement the company’s revenue strategy, ensuring cohesive alignment and accountability among sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
Collaborate with FP&A to execute and optimize annual and quarterly revenue plans, focusing on performance across annual recurring revenue (ARR) growth, customer acquisition, retention, and expansion.
Take ownership of evolving the company-wide KPI framework (ARR, CAC, LTV, retention, pipeline coverage, sales velocity), ensuring consistent definitions, data integrity, and accountability across GTM teams.
Utilize AI-powered scenario modeling and forecasting tools to stress-test revenue plans, identify risks proactively, and support confident strategic decision-making.
Revenue Operations & Process Optimization
Continuously assess and enhance scalable, end-to-end revenue processes across the entire customer lifecycle.
