Your Impact
As the Director of Revenue Operations, you will lead the commercial operational framework that drives Planday’s expansion.
This pivotal role is designed to provide clarity, control, and momentum in planning, executing, measuring, and refining our go-to-market strategy. You will bridge the gap between strategy and execution by designing scalable processes, managing commercial systems and data definitions, and equipping leaders with the insights necessary to proactively guide growth.
You will serve as both a strategic visionary and operational leader, defining our direction while being deeply engaged in its realization—from forecasting and planning to systems design, playbooks, and performance metrics.
This position is essential in shaping how Planday strategizes, directs, and amplifies growth, ensuring our commercial decisions are deliberate, data-driven, and actionable.
Your Responsibilities
Continuously enhance Planday’s commercial operating model, detailing how growth is strategized, executed, assessed, and refined.
Lead and cultivate a high-performance Revenue Operations team, acting as both internal consultants and execution partners.
Oversee revenue planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling to facilitate strategic trade-offs and investment decisions.
Design and refine go-to-market processes across the entire customer lifecycle, from acquisition to renewal.
Manage commercial systems, data definitions, and governance across Salesforce and related go-to-market tools.
