Oura is on the lookout for a seasoned and strategic Director of Program Management for Go-to-Market (EMEA & APAC) to spearhead the regional strategy, execution, and enhancement of our program management operations, supporting our retail, ecommerce, and commercial partnership lines. This leader will be responsible for overseeing go-to-market execution, providing internal cross-functional support, and guiding a team of program managers to effectively deliver on the Oura roadmap.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in top-tier program management, a wealth of retail experience, and a proven history of building and scaling an omnichannel business across EMEA and APAC.

Key Responsibilities:
Regional Retail Channel Strategy & Leadership
- Collaborate with the International D2C, Retail, and Commercial business leaders to execute the roadmap that supports their respective verticals.
- Initiate retail marketing campaigns that boost brand visibility, product awareness, and sales performance across regional retail partners.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of program managers, cultivating a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Partner across functions with Regional Sales, Global Marketing, and Operations to ensure alignment on priorities, launches, and brand execution.
- Oversee market expansion compliance, readiness, and scalability.
- Develop expansion strategies for Oura’s accessory and membership offerings.
Program Launch & Stakeholder Management
- Supervise program management for our go-to-market initiatives, including new retailer launches and product introductions within the EMEA & APAC regions.
- Establish and sustain robust relationships with key retailers, agencies, and internal cross-functional teams to ensure successful program execution.
