Key Responsibilities
- Program Design & Innovation: Spearhead the comprehensive development and implementation of workshops, seasonal events, and daily play activities that align with our developmental vision.
- Operational Leadership: Oversee the programming timetable, ensuring flawless collaboration among the floor, events, and administrative teams.
- Quality Assurance: Elevate guest engagement standards and ensure each interaction promotes emotional regulation and respectful communication.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor the performance of all programs, workshops, and birthday packages, managing budgets while identifying opportunities for revenue growth.
- Team Mentorship: Recruit, train, and motivate a team of play facilitators, cultivating a culture of professional excellence and profound empathy.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a primary contact for parents, providing insights into our programming philosophy and fostering a loyal community.
- Compliance & Safety: Uphold stringent health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout all activity zones.
Requirements
- Experience: 3–5 years of leadership experience in developing high-quality children’s programs, preferably in premium education, creative arts, or wellness-centered hospitality.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related discipline is preferred.
- HR Best Practice: Current Safeguarding and Child Protection certification (Level 2 or higher) is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in event management systems (e.g., SevenRooms/Seven Tables) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Soft Skills: Outstanding communication abilities to engage both children and affluent parents with sophistication and warmth.
- Certifications: Valid First Aid and CPR certification required.
- Flexibility: Must be available to work weekends and holidays to accommodate peak family visiting times.
