About the Role 


Roku is on the lookout for a Director of People Business Partner to spearhead strategic people initiatives within our Devices, Product & Technology division at our expanding office in Bengaluru. This role is essential for enhancing organizational effectiveness, leading change management, and developing a high-performing team locally, while closely collaborating with senior leaders across our India, APAC, EMEA, and U. S. headquarters.

As Roku embarks on its next chapter of growth and profitability, you will lead local initiatives that reinforce our presence in India, cultivate a strong workplace culture, and ensure alignment with global strategies. You will manage a small team and act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, influencing decisions that affect our global workforce.
