Role overview The Leasing Director at Bushburg Properties Inc. leads all leasing activities for properties in Brooklyn, NY. This position manages the full process from pre-leasing through stabilized occupancy, shaping both strategy and daily operations to reach set leasing targets. What you will do Oversee every phase of lease-up operations, ensuring a seamless move from pre-leasing to full occupancy. Develop and implement leasing strategies aimed at meeting absorption goals. Show apartments, follow up with prospective residents, and maintain relationships with brokers. Recruit, mentor, and lead the leasing team, setting clear expectations and accountability measures. Collaborate with the marketing team to adjust advertising and generate qualified leads for properties. Create and manage leasing reports, monitor occupancy trends, track renewals, report weekly KPIs, and conduct competitive market analyses.
