Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Lead comprehensive paid media strategy, encompassing channel planning, testing frameworks, and measurement methodologies, focusing primarily on paid social while exploring other impactful channels. Assess trade-offs related to growth, efficiency, and user experience to guide investment decisions and prioritize high-impact initiatives. Manage a team of analysts tasked with the planning, execution, monitoring, analysis, and optimization of campaign performance across paid platforms, internal reporting tools, and visualization dashboards. Establish success metrics, evaluate data quality, and assist stakeholders in navigating decisions using evolving measurement systems. Create and execute an experimentation strategy involving A/B and multivariate testing to enhance core KPIs incrementally. Generate and present performance insights and recommendations, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. Identify and leverage opportunities to enhance paid media processes and workflows through automation, AI tools, and advanced analytics to boost efficiency, scalability, and decision-making quality. Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Creative teams to define requirements, support tracking needs, and optimize paid media landing pages and overall site experiences.

This position follows a hybrid work schedule, with in-office attendance required at our Fort Mill, SC Headquarters from Monday to Thursday, while Fridays will be fully remote.
