In this role, you will be responsible for managing the workflows and systems essential for seamless service delivery while continuously optimizing processes and tools to enhance throughput and quality.
Qualifications
Over 6 years of experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a willingness to engage in detailed operational tasks.
Proven experience in leading and developing a service-oriented team.
Demonstrated capability to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness within a team.
Strong decision-making skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt quickly.
Experience in cross-functional collaboration across various departments.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) retail operations.
Willingness to work full-time from our New York office.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the operations team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to service delivery.
Identify and experiment with innovative approaches to enhance the operational capabilities of the business.
Conduct data analysis relevant to projects; create queries, dashboards, and Pivot Tables to track performance.
Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
